1. Name Entry (name/middlename/surname) is given in english and then press Convert button so that name entry is tranliterated(converted) to Marathi.
2. Search is made on this name entry basis (and surname basis if given).
Search outputs all the matching results.One can select match through "accept" link given against each result. This indicates that the name you have written is already there in voterlist, hence no need to enroll in voterlist.
3. If specified name/surname is not there then a link is given to the actual registration form. Click 'Next' to goto Part 2.
4. Part 2 of form is opened and you are required to enter your personal details.
5.The main form is divided into 4 parts which will appear as seperate pages one by one.After filling each part click on 'Next' link provided on top to go to next part. Click on 'Submit' button provided on last part i.e. 'Part5' to submit the form.
6 Please note that following fields are Mandatory(Compulsory) fields which are indicated by a red asterik:This means that if any of the following is not filled then user will get a message and form will not be accepted until all of them are filled.

b) Birth Day
c) Birth Month
d) Birth year
e) sex
f) House No.
g) Area.
h) Town.
i) Postoffice
j) Pincode
k) district name
l) current place
m) current date
n) current month
o) current year
6. After you submit the form filled as per the instructions given above, it is sent for verification and a message to that effect is displayed.
ToDo:
1. As we have already done that the field entries are transliterated in Marathi language on pressing the convert button. We would also like to incorporate this feature for all Indian Languages like Gujarati,Tamil etc.
User will be given option to select language(Indian Language) from the drop down box.And hence all entries will then be tranliterated to the language he has chosen.
2. Drop down boxes will be given in case of districts,area town,tehsil, postoffice etc.So that the user can easily select from the options available to him in drop down box and he can also edit these values as drop down box will be Combo Box.
e.g. Name of area will remain unchanged if people of same area(Locality)are one by one entering names in form,so to ease their form filling process combo box will be provided.
