Shidhaa basically is pilot for the ration card digitisation application with scanned image facilitated data entry And some extended functionality of search and analysis with proper management module over heirarchy of district level authorities. Shidhaa also focuses on the data security so why proposed moodule works as independent section wise data entry of form rather single form data entry by one person or at one place (7 sections as 1 form).And uses batch wise integrity module with voter list cross checking functionality.So sectioned data will get ready as form for analysis and further use.

With above login Data Entry Operator(DEO) can login to complete his assigned task of data entry and can view his work sheet and progress

Where one above heirarchial authority (Group Co-ordinator (GC)) can login and manage the Operators who comes under his group and can assign the sections to the DEO and maintain that work sheet and accordingly performance.
And highest authority of this model (Super Group Co-ordinator (SGC)) can login and manage the team GC wise and DEO wise too. And he can assign forms to GC (ie bundle of 7 section) and also can assign sections to DEO.
And accordingly maintain work sheet and overall performance.
Before moving to search and analysis part one module goes for data integration and voter list cross checking.
Search facility is the way to analysis and has various filters as Period ,Form Number , Partial Name and By Data Entry Operator . Resulted form can be viewed with detailed status containing entered data and additional data fetched from the Voter list .
