Presentation is a software that allows you to create a presentation so as to present a project or a seminar on the computer. This is a very useful tool and can help you create beautiful presentations with accompanying sounds and graphics to improve your presentation.

1. Click on the 'Start'
2. Select the 'Office' label.
3. Select the 'Project Management' label.

It can also be opened by opening the wordprocessor and following these steps.

1. Click on the File menu.
2. Click on 'New'.
3. Select the 'Presentation' option.

Once MrProject has been opened you will see the screen shown below:

You must be acquainted with the file options which are the same as those for the word processor.

The Edit Menu:

You must be acquainted with most of the commands which are used to cut and paste selected data. The new commands have been described below.
