Common errors and tips for the users of ITRANS on the web

Do not use # as it will lead to error and may not give any useful output/display. In Indian script notartion, ITRANS does not allow following upper case letters

B C F G O P Q S V W X Y Z

So do not use them.

Don't Mix english with marathii: In standard ITRANS English(Roman) and Indian script can be alternated using ## toggle. e.g. ##My mother tongue is ##sa.nskR^ita\. ##Happy Birthday ##. If you want space after English
text add one before ending ##, e.g. namaste ##Hello ## namaste. The space after ## is not used. However for this voterlist program we fully support only input of Marathii or input in only English that is converted. We are some what tolerant but that is not promised feature.

From usual style of using 'oo' and 'ee' should be substituted by U or uu and I or ii.
Please pay attention to following letters which will 'diirgha svara'-s e.g. aa, ii, uu, and retroflex/Linguals/muurdhanya letters
Ta, Tha, Da, Dha, Na.

Do not use # $ @ % by themselves as they are not supported in Indian scripts.
